claiming Mississippi State is a better job than Michigan and that Ole Miss and Hail State are Top 20 jobs.......

Based on prestige, not even close to Michigan.
But there are a whole lot of other factors that have leveled the playing field between the Michigan's of the world and the Landmass Universities.
