I guess you missed where Nutt's attorney said they weren't really shocked it got dismissed at the federal level and that unless OM agreed to their settlement offer, they would refile in state court on Friday.

Apparently he hasn't lost interest at all.

I should have known his blood lust wouldn't be sated so easily. Don't ever cut Nutt off in traffic. I'd hate to think of what he'd do to get even.

Its little wonder Nutt lost interest in the lawsuit and did protest too much when it was thrown out. He's more then had his pound of flesh from Ole Miss by bringing all this out into the open.

Nutt is an ill tempered one, if you borrowed a screwdriver and didn't return it in two days he'd probably burn your house to ground. Still, this couldn't have happened to a more deserving person then Freeze.
Lost interest? Umm, Nutt/Mars are coming with guns a blazin next week when they file the lawsuit in state court and they plan to bring more details and information than they bought in the original lawsuit.

Nutt's still wanting more skin from OleMiss and he wants Bjork to "fully participate" this time.

Dabo is Freeze 2.0 anyway. Isn't it pretty much a well known fact that the taters are handing out cash thru the church (cannot recall the name of the church right now)?

Perry Noble at Newspring Church was fired for paying Clemson recruits with money funneled through the church ... Dabo managed to escape being implicated because Noble took the fall. Dabo and Noble we're close friends and Dabo is heavily involved with the church.

Which makes the hooker thing all the more hypocritical of them ... if the rumors are true.

Sounds like you've finally got Clemson right where you want em. Now all you have to do is turn all this evidence over to the NCAA and you'll be the hero you already are in your fantasies.

Or, you can face facts. There is absolutely nothing pointing to any factual evidence that all of these "buddies" of yours are purportedly telling you actually happened. Or that you even have any buddies.

WTF? His second "family"? Where the hell did you get that?

Oh yes of course he does.
Another whole family. With a dog and a cat. He goes up there every other weekend and they think he's just a traveling salesman so he's away a lot. He uses the name Stan Mullins so it's easy to remember.

Mullen has a child from a previous relationship in pennsylvania. He pays a nice sum in child support and supposedly worked his contract to save on that. That's the second family deal.

That's interesting if true. I thought he got the boot because of addiction (alcohol or something). I thought it was really weird that they would have just ousted him because of that. Not very church friendly. From what I remember they really went out of the way to say that it wasn't for touching kids or something. Interesting take.....of true.

On a side note, that guy definitely likes other dudes. Way too feminine.

OK. Minus any smoke whatsoever, USCe conspiracy theorists notwithstanding. Ol Miss was a sinking ship, and everyone could see it. I haven't seen too many accusations out there about Dabo or Clemson, save Rooster's dementia.

Funny how they love to accuse Clemson of cheating, but they've been on probation more often and more recently.

Just ignore anything rational, though. Anyone who wins must be cheating, not that y'all would have any firsthand experience with that either. Must be why you're hanging your hat with the USCe loonybirds.

Finebaum pushed Bjork to describe the "pattern of calls" as being "similar to the one known publically". And he asked Bjork if HF admitted to making them & Bjork said he did. Finebaum later said that he had talked to HF right after he got fired & HF told Finebaum not to believe everything he reads in the media. Still in denial. And HF will be in the NCCA hearing room, too. Finebaum asked Bjork if he or anyone at O.Miss had heard rumors back in Dec. 2016 & Jan. 2017, Bjork said they confronted HF bout them, he denied them, and they "moved on". Bjork also spent a lot of time describing himself as part of the solution, not a part of the problem.

I don't know how much is or isn't true, but hell of an entertaining read.

Trant needs more of these sec stories

The entire Southeast, not just our conference, is loaded with good old stories. I'm just old enough and have been around enough to know some good ones.

Remind me some day to tell the inside story of the Ronnie Cottrell, Tom Culpepper, Albert Means, Phil Fulmer, Lynn Lange, Logan Young, Jimmy & Bill Haslam affair ... and it'll beg the question - how did Dabo Swinney escape unscathed in all of that and end up at Clemson where he is still up to his old tricks?

Poor Tom though, I always felt badly for Tom. He was the little guy in it all and he got the shite end of the stick.

I already got Clemson busted once for the Littlejohn/McIntosh - Lamar Greene landscaping scam.

I'll get y'all again one day. Trust me. It's my favorite hobby.

Blah blah blah... Memphis State... Lol wut? Was he a basketball player too or possibly a gentleman of advanced age? I find it very hard to believe Memphis was paying for whores for football players at any time during the late 70s up until lets say 2010

It was both. This part may or may not come to light because they will sacrifice the whole program before letting that get out because of the fact that some could serve jail time for this.

Huge Freeze?

Oh, no doubt he and at least one other member of his staff was doing it for the recruits.

Now, did he dabble himself? Who knows but probably so.

The big question is - which one is worse?

Answer: Doing it for the recruits is far worse. So he'll likely take the fall for doing it himself - it's a better outcome for him that way. He can do the Jimmy Swygert "Forgive me I'm a sinner," routine and he'll be forgiven. But if he admits doing it for the kids, hiring hookers for the boys ... that's his arse forever. He'll never be able to recover from that.
