Bill Wade After playing for Los Angeles a few years he went to Chicago and quarterbacked the Bears to the 1963 NFL Championship.

Unfortunately for me, I am old enough to remember Wade in the pros, but not college (thank goodness). I remember when he went from the Rams to the Bears and noting I'd need to get a new football card with him in Bears' gear.
