Bill Belichick bleeding

I'm watching the Cowboys vs. Patriots game but joined late. Bill Belichick is actively bleeding from right side of his mouth and has a cut on the bridge of his nose. He is spitting blood and wiping his mouth frequently. Did he fall on the sidelines or did someone run into him?
