2014, one of their greatest teams in the history of ole miss football lost 10-7 to an 8-5 music city bowl LSU team lead by Anthony Jennings. Let that sink in.

On a side...that OM win in Gainesville in 2008 was an absolute huge win for them. Definitely came out to play although the Gators kicked arse the rest of the way. OM had a very good rebound year that year as well. That OM team had some talent drafted the next year (Mike Wallace for the Steelers, Oher, Perria Jerry was a 1st rounder)

Absolute nightmares. Really enjoyed watching Dex play until he burned us for 150 yards and then threw a fricking TD pass to beat us in 2009

I remember articles a bout that game. The players were still in a funk from the Texas game. Archie Manning was running all over the defense and jumped to a big lead. Arkansas finally snapped out of it and roared back and made it close. But they just ran out of time.

He didn't have blazing speed but he was hard to tackle. We played against him and he averaged about eight yards a carry. You hit and he would bounce and hit him again and bounce. He had over 100 yards rushing against us in the first half and didn't even run up field.

Is 11 players out of 85 eventually making it to the NFL supposed to be impressive? I'd imagine LSU, Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, and Florida could say that every year, and I'd also imagine their totals more than double 11 most years. When LSU and Alabama put ~10 guys in the league from every class, 11 on an entire roster doesn't really mean all that much to me.

31-13. Snead was 12-14 for 240 yards and 2 scores with 8:00 left in the second quarter. You never went to LSU. Probably make one game a year and it's always a big deal once you've saved up for it. We all know it. It's ok.

I wouldn’t put 2014 MSU on the list of greatest wins. Substitute the same years bama game.
