Have fun watching your DEs disappear when they cross the line of scrimmage.

Terry Bowden

One week on the job, Hall came in with a ledger of players who have been paid, who paid the money, how much money and when it was paid. He said we've still got 9-12 players that we're paying $600 per month. We paid them $12,000-$15,000 to sign. We sign about four every year that we pay. (Former assistant coach Rodney) Garner paid most of the players. He was paid when he was a player at Auburn. (Stacey) Danley is the assistant compliance guy, and he was paid when he was a player. I broke the rules. I said pay it off, and it will never happen again.

That certainly explains how Auburn had a decent run in the 80’s.

“A former All-SEC offensive lineman at Auburn in 1988, much of Garner’s collegiate coaching career has come at Georgia where he was on the Bulldogs’ staff as a defensive line assistant for 15 years. He worked at Auburn from 1990-95 as an assistant coach in several areas before coming back to the Tigers in 2013 as part of Gus Malzahn’s impressive first year haul.”

We had one good DLine under him...ONE....They were so talented that his coaching didn't matter. Last year?...Hoover High had a better DLine and if Big Kat ends up at UTK, they ain't got shite except a really good person who tries to play DE

Oh crap, Serraneaux is back in full force talking trash again. In one way it’s good because the melt will be more glorious.

Hate to see our bagman go, but I'm glad he landed on his feet.

Explain how he is "coming home" to Tennessee

The man is originally from the state AL and played college football at Auburn

You should change the subject to

Big Rod Garner leaving home for Tennessee
