Best time slot

What is the best time slot to you.
11am? 230-3pm? 6-7pm?
I think 6pm with CBS cameras and nothing else of theirs would be the best combo, but the 230 game is nice because you can still go out and not worry about anything that night.

I like the 11 am games because I wake up early and hate waiting all day for the game. The 2:30 CBS slot is cool because it’s network but the games take 5 hours and I don’t like Danielson.

If youre attending or at least tailgaiting, 6:00. If youre not, 2:30

I like 2:30 CST games. Can have late breakfast/lunch, start drinking then either go out or channel surf and watch the late games. Will never forget that suckazz 8 pm kickoff of Bama-Ole Miss in 2015. Game wasn’t over til after midnight.

Noon games usually suck, but it is nice to get your win and be able to enjoy the rest of the day.
330 CBS is usually the best slot. Enough time to tailgate and get rowdy and still get home eat a decent meal and can go out or get to bed depending.
7pm is always rowdy. Always.

7:30 ESPN until late October, then 3:30. But as a Tennessee fan, I actually like the noon games. Go ahead and get the disappointment done, then do something productive later in the day. 7:30 games mean you gotta watch all the good shite going down in CFB in a day, then it's too fricking late to do shite.
CBS's only saving grace is that Nessler is a quality announcer. The production, the TV timeouts. Some of these games could push 6 hours with how bad they are about taking TV timeouts. Then onld Gary has been past it for the better part of a decade. If they had Blackledge back that was a good pairing for ESPN, and would be just as good on CBS.
Speaking of which, can we never see Luginbill ever again? I'd rather have Mowins call every Tennessee game on TV than have to hear that smug frick ever again.

I like it because it’s 8am here. Breakfast, watch the game, lunch, and have the rest of the afternoon to do whatever.

If I’m going to the game I want the 2:30 game. 11 just plain sucks and the crowd typically outside of big games feels halfway asleep. Past 6 can be hell with as much time a game can last today. If I’m watching on tv I want the day game if it’s an easy win but if it’s a big game I want it at night.

2:30 is my favorite because I've grown so used to my team beating the hell out of everyone and enjoying my evening.

The only downside I see of the 230 is people planning shite for 5 or 6, my game isn’t over by then. Quit doing that.

Well, that and the fact they take way longer than ESPN games. But even if it took ~3 hours, no one should plan anything for 6 PM on a Saturday. 7 is the earliest, all the afternoon games are over, and if you're having a get together or going to a sports bar to watch the night games, that is the perfect time.
For me, it depends if I'm trying to go to the game or not. Which in recent years, hasn't been all that often with kids sports and other things going on. 2:30 is that sweet spot where you don't have to leave so early to get to the stadium, and still have time to hang out for a little bit in the tailgate lot after the game to let the traffic clear out, and still get home at a decent hour. You can forget about watching the night games though.
I know this is the SEC rant, but we used to have season tickets to Troy and those afternoon games were great. 2 hours from Birmingham, watch the game, get on the road at 6 and be home by 8, catch most of the night games. The 6:00 games were a little rough. Not over until 9 or 9:30, 2 hours back home, but the plus was you could catch all of the early games at a tailgate or bar before going in the stadium.
Similar with going to Tuscaloosa from here, as my dad and I would try to go to a couple of games there each season.
