I've gotta think the cocktail party is 10x better "tailgating" than the Iron Bowl. All the students are gone on Thanksgiving break, and the campus just feels different than other games. I'd say Iron Bowl tailgating is one of the weakest of the year as far as the vibrancy of the campus goes. It's a huge game with a lot of nerves involved. But from a straight "tailgating" aspect, I'd take a UGA/AU or LSU/AU game every time.

My wife went to Auburn. One year someone was stabbed. Another someone died in a lawn chair at a tailgate and wasn't discovered until the next morning. I mean shite! Iron Bowl FTW!
