My particular favorites of TSIO and The Iron Bowl aside, it’s a cold day in hades when DSOR and The Egg Bowl aren’t mentioned. The Alabama v LSU games have meant a lot over the years but are very relevant nationally especially since 2008.

It is SEC rivalries, yes?

Yeah, I'm not even a fan of the Miss school's but that's a glaring omission.

Nobody but TX and OU fans care about that game.

I like Texas-OU and I think the SEC will lift that rivalry quite a bit

But having been at it/around it in person a few times recently, it "feels" really regional, whereas WLOCP/Iron Bowl/etc. have the feel of major bowl/title-level games.

It's also worth mentioning that Bama/Vols was only 43-38-6 before Saban.

I just don’t know if there has been a bigger game on a more consistent basis than LSU Bama since 2007. I think it should be considered one of the best rivalries in the SEC. I know Bama has owned us since then but this game impacts the landscape of the SEC and college football. So many really good games between the two over the years.

And noone in Ohio wakes up and says I can't wait to watch the Red River Shoot out. Hell I know I don't and I live Texas now.

Honestly here is my truth.

Egg Bowl.

Hardly ever means anything but those two teams are in the Natty that night. It has consistently been highly entertaining for all of the right (and wrong, dog pisser) reasons.

Those fellas bring it.

You don't get out of your bubble much do you?

There's actual championship dynamics on the line in that game whereas the red river doesn't - plus that game is always at 11:00am.

Don't come at me with this crap. Ole Miss was forced to change their mascot. TV networks dictate this stuff.

I would respond, but you just got torched for 1-2 pages.

Nothing is funnier than the universal dunking the Rant is putting down on these horrible takes coming from the peanut gallery.

Texas A&M vs tu
Alabama vs Auburn

Florida vs FSU
South Carolina vs Clemson
Georgia vs Georgia Tech

LSU should go back to Arkansas. Maybe OU vs Mizz if they can't play Kansas every year?
