This data goes back to the 2004-05 academic school year. I didn't go back further than 04-05 since they would only release a Top-100 up until 2006-07 (at least in their PDF releases).

Also, since this year isn't completed yet, I am including the latest 2018-19 standings that were released on April 18th.

Obviously, the value is the national ranking.

Director's Cup standings over the last 15 years
1. Florida: 4.4
2. Texas A&M: 13.3
3. Georgia: 15.4
4. LSU: 18.3
5. Arkansas: 25.7
6. Tennessee: 26.1
7. Kentucky: 26.3
8. Alabama: 27.1
9. Auburn: 28.1
10. South Carolina: 36.3
11. Missouri: 42.6
12. Vanderbilt: 57.3
13. Ole Miss: 59.7
14. Mississippi State: 74.8

Also, I thought it would be interesting to see the first 5-year average (2004-2009) compared to the last 5 years (2014-2019), and how schools have improved since then.

Director's Cup standings from 2004-2009
1. Florida: 5.2
2. Georgia: 11.2
3. Tennessee: 13.6
4. LSU: 15.4
5. Texas A&M: 18.4
6. Auburn: 21.4
7. Arkansas: 28.0
8. Alabama: 31.4
9. Kentucky: 36.6
10. South Carolina: 39.2
11. Missouri: 43.2
12. Vanderbilt: 58.8
13. Ole Miss: 63.8
14. Mississippi State: 98.8

Director's Cup standings over the last 5 years - (movement from 2004-09 to current 5-year stretch)
1. Florida: 5.6 (-0.4)
2. Texas A&M: 13.8 (+4.6)
3. Kentucky: 16.4 (+20.2)
4. Georgia: 18.2 (-7)
5. LSU: 20.8 (-5.4)
6. Arkansas: 21.2 (+6.8)
7. Alabama: 27.2 (+4.2)
8. South Carolina: 30.0 (+9.2)
9. Auburn: 32.4 (-11)
10. Tennessee: 35.0 (-21.4)
11. Missouri: 37.0 (+6.2)
12. Mississippi State: 50.8 (+48)
13. Ole Miss: 52.6 (+11.2)
14. Vanderbilt: 61.8 (-3)

Also wanted to add the 10-year stretch, but the OP would have been far too convoluted with numbers... if it already isn't

Director's Cup standings over the last 10 years
1. Florida: 4.0
2. Texas A&M: 10.7
3. Georgia: 17.5
4. LSU: 19.8
5. Kentucky: 21.2
6. Arkansas: 24.5
7. Alabama: 25.0
8. Auburn: 31.4
9. Tennessee: 32.3
10. South Carolina: 34.8
11. Missouri: 42.3
12. Vanderbilt: 56.6
13. Ole Miss: 57.6
14. Mississippi State: 62.8

That'd be the best conference. None of this Notre Dame "independent" stuff. But, rather, a conference of one.

Yep. And some may miss it, but the ascension of Mississippi State.

Between 06-10, they finished 100th or worse.

A lot of that for State, Ole Miss and a few others is getting the money to try and compete in secondary sports. For a long time they just didn't take a lot of sports that they had to play for Title IX purposes seriously.

I think you were misinterpreting the data. I've rearranged it a bit so it makes it a bit easier to understand.

I’ve always been jealous of Florida’s AD. Every year they are good in almost every sport.

Fact of the matter is that all SEC programs need to up our games, throw more money at putting more competitive teams into the game (ala the PAC 12 type strategy) and, in the process, rack up more points.

The strongest team in the conference, holding everyone else up.

I love our new AD, but I've heard he's pretty focused on the big-3 and not much else.
