Johnny Football and Mike Evans comes to mind. Those two years when JFF played, those two together were both pretty spectacular.
For LSU, I have sentimental feelings for the Hilliard-James gang.
Also, Kevin Faulk and Cecil Collins in 1997 - if Diesel hadn't broken his leg, I'm not sure what he would have done that year. He was averaging close to 200 yards per 3 quarters.
