Most shocking is Hattiesburg over Oxford. The list is shite just on that alone.

What is the selection criteria or was it some popular vote survey. I have been to the majority of the towns towns on that list and laugh at most being on it. I wonder is this is similar to the Top 10 list you see in Airline Magazines, where you pay to get on it.
