He’s done nothing since arriving in Starkville and has started this year 0-2, including a home loss to Ole Miss.

Not yet, but he will be before too long. He got outcoached today and that was the difference.

Seems awfully early for that. I don’t know where all these great ready to hire coaches are. Programs can easily fire their way to irrelevance.

Exactly. Howland is a great recruiter. Terrible game manager though. Give him a few more years. Makes me sick we missed kermit though

his teams have gotten progressively better, but this is basketball not football. Year 4 and if he doesn't deliver I expect us to go out and hire Billy Donovan

I think one of Miss States problems is their out of conference schedule. Its always pretty weak and it doesn’t prepare them for conference play. Also, the inflated record always makes it worse because of unrealistic expectations.

In all likelihood, Howland has done all he's gonna do. We may make the tourney, but wouldn't surprise me if we miss it. Howland is recruiting on his name, but can't really do anything with these guys. Our own color commentator would wreck shite with this team.

Our problem is coaching, plain and simple. Our OOC schedule was not bad this season.
