Being forced to answer the Feds questions under oath is terrifying for any college program

You can't convince me that anybody would be comfortable with any of their coaches having to sit down with the FBI under oath, with the threat of perjury for lying, and answer in-depth questions about their recruiting practices. I sure as hell wouldn't be.

Even fans of schools who really truly deep down don't think they cheat in any capacity should be nervous about that sort of situation. It's just a trap waiting to happen.

Yeah the LSU fans poking their chest out right now saying "that's my coach!" don't seem to realize the severity of this, especially since he's going to have to explain whatever he said on these tapes under oath.

I have it on good authority that the NCAA will deal with Wade via the "slow death". They will be essentially be on probation before actual probation kicks in.

People are learning that the Bruce Pearl method of non cooperation is the best method imo. Missouri voluntarily helping the NCAA punish themselves is just the latest example.

The Bruce Pearl method was to tell a boldfaced lie. And he got judo chopped for it. Luckily for him, that lie was to the NCAA, not the FBI, so his time was only behind figurative non-coaching bars and not literal steel ones.

Why just them? Bring in all of them! Cal coach k and his assistants ( chapel) Roy and self. Why stop at miller and wade. Hell even Avery. My point is why single 2 schools. If this is a clean up basketball then anyone who brings in top 300 talent should testify. Lsu only because they had a top 5 class and a tape of them talking about a guy who went to Florida state. Why isn’t Florida state subpoena . They either paid or paid more. And while we are at it investigate football all of it. Burn the whole thing down.

With the FBI? Are you insane?

Non-cooperation works with the NCAA, not the feds

I'm not arguing on who should or shouldn't be brought in. I'm saying that if your guy is brought in it is a terrifying prospect, because I don't think anybody is clean and talking to the FBI ain't talking to the NCAA.
