They were contact traced, but I don't get why they can't test them all today and again tomorrow to be sure they're OK, then proceed as planned.

The highly sought-after match-up between Baylor and Houston has been postponed, and will not be played on Sept. 19. This decision comes as a result of Baylor not meeting the Big 12 Conference COVID-19 game cancellation thresholds. Both Baylor and Houston have agreed to honor the future home and home schedule, as well as monitor dates for future scheduling opportunities.

What does that even mean?

The minimum number of players required to play a game has been set at 53.  The number is based on the entire roster, including all scholarship and walk-on players.

Additional minimum thresholds of available players were also established for offensive linemen (7), interior defensive linemen (4) and quarterback (1).  Teams falling below any of these benchmarks, based on game week test results, could still elect to play as scheduled if so desired.  Otherwise, upon approval by the Commissioner, the game would be declared a no-contest if it cannot be moved to a later date.

Baylor is as weak as the PAC12 when it comes to this shite. COVID-19 is the biggest hoax in history.

I read earlier (can't remember the article so no link) that one of the players Baylor was holding out bc of contact tracing had tested negative for the virus FIVE TIMES in the past 12 (iirc) days, including yesterday.

That's absurd. No reason at all for him not to play.

Contact tracing is a nightmare. Do we not have those quick test yet? We better get them soon if we dont. Cant imagine losing a ton of starters who MAY have it and costing someone the season. Just pure stupidity.

And at half, the score is:

Karen: 49
Traditional masculine ideals and critical thinking: 0

The rout is on.

How we are treating these young people who have almost no risk is fricking criminal

The way the work ethic , the commitment ethic, the perfect attendance ethic, whatever you want to call it-has changed-in the last ten years or so, is absolutely amazing. The stiff upper lip, assuming risk, stoicism etc.-it's almost nonexistent. We have become a completely feminized society.
