The OP is the 5 best players in the league so far.

If I was creating an actual team that played other league's best 5 I would probably go

Bone
Weatherspoon
Schofield
Washington
Gafford

Waters and Williams off the bench.

I think Washington is more talented than Williams (have to sit one of them if you are going with Gafford as the 5) and Bone is probably the better PG if you are surrounded by other elite players and just need to take care of the ball and make the right decision. Waters would be deadly off the bench in more of a scoring and microwave type role and bringing energy on defense. Bone is steadier and has a much better A/TO ratio.

Don’t think positions matter. They might do a certain amount of guards and forwards but I can’t remember.

No I was making an actual team. LSU runs PG, SG, SG, F, F so that is what I was basing it off. I clearly said that in the original

Ehh, as of late waters has only been having 1 or 2 TOs a game, still with about 6 assists. I don’t really think it is close between Waters and Bone, but that is just me

Yea I wasn’t talking about who would make the actual all SEC team. This was what kind of team I would make if I were sending this team into battle against other conferences best

Ok, but if schofield is a SF with a post game, not really sure how that is comparable to Daniel Gafford. They are completely different players IMO

Yeah, I'd just personally have to leave Schofield out cause I'd prefer a true center and can't get rid of Williams or Washington either.. and only knock UT fans have on Waters is TO issues which has not been an issue as of late, they also seem to skip out on Waters defensive ability. He led conference in steals last year and does this year too.

Yea but I think even most UT fans would agree that Waters is the best SEC PG this year and especially as of late. You are right in the other counts as well. Gafford isn’t listed as a center so I was treating him as a forward. If you want to play a PG, SG, F, F, C then he would probably be your best bet for center. I never see many people listed as centers for college ball though

I’m good with Q over Brown. Brown is the better 3 point shooter and likely a better on ball defender, but Q is way more versatile.

Well he plays for auburn, so I think by definition he has to be a 3pt shooter lol

Not true, we have a 6’11 center who can’t stay healthy and can’t shoot more then three feet out... so there’s that

Chris Silva is a Top 10 SEC player. Him not being included is absolutely ridiculous.

He'll no doubt be first or second All SEC IRL.

Who do you recommend I take off for Silva. I thought about him. He was probably 11 or 12 for me

Last years all SEC team had 8 players. (and he made first team all SEC)

If we finish top 5 in the SEC he'll make the first team again.

Especially since last year we finished 12th in the SEC.
