Basketball Ranking Question

After today’s game:
LSU / 21-4 (11-1) ranked #19
Tenn / 23-2 (11-1) ranked #1
UK / 21-4 (10-2) ranked #5
LSU has done better, with a harder conference schedule, than any team in the SEC. They have the same overall record as Kentucky and beat them head to head. Why is LSU ranked so low? It legitimately makes no sense to me.

It’s also about where you start and who loses above you.
Kentucky also has some solid ranked OOC wins.

I don’t think we should be ranked above either Tenn or KU. What I do think is that LSU should be ranked top 10

You kinda shorted LSU and UK each a win...
LSUs net and overall will jump significantly after the 2 road wins this week. If LSU can win 2 more big games this coming week and UK keeps playing as they are each will likely be top 5 in 9 days.
