I know many had talked about Major Applewhite but he's gone now.

Anyone else on your analyst bench?

Sark won't accept the job even if offered. Coaches routinely interview for jobs they have no intention of taking. It's just a resume builder.

He interviewed for Colorado and Mississippi State last year.

But Major Applewhite would re-join Alabama's staff if asked.

Meh, I wouldn't just dismiss it, I'd say there's definitely a chance of him taking it.

Possible I guess. Definitely much better to be the OC at Alabama than Arkansas State plus he's much more familiar.

He is an offensive analyst at Alabama. Former walk-on QB at Alabama. OC at Akron a few years back. Was the first analyst off the bench to work on field when Saban was out versus auburn.

Interesting. Will definitely be a good position to move up in the coaching ranks if Sark leaves.

Also look out for Cale Gundy and Kevin Wilson.

Why would Wilson leave Ohio State for Alabama?

I'm pretty sure Ryan Day actually calls plays.
