Fun fact for LSU Fans: 4 of the past 5 times Bama has played LSU, Bama has had more penalties and total penalty yards. But keep on crying about the officials LSU fans...

But, blaming the refs when LSU wins by other fanbases isn't moving the goalposts at all.

Bama Fans: We lead the SEC in penalties, so we don't understand all the hate about all these teams getting shafted by refs when playing against us
LSU fans: Its really easy to buffer bad calls/penalties in crucial situations by penalizing Bama 7 times in the 2nd half when they are usually already up by 4 TDS
No one wins this argument, and it's been brought up constantly. Let it go. All we can do is hope that it is a clean game between two GREAT teams and the refs can't get involved

i know they hold all the time but you wont see me complaining about the refs. it happens to both teams. LSU fans just asssume the refs are out to get them every time they lose

So, are we complaining about LSU fans complaining about the refs or are we complaining that the refs help LSU win? Can't have it both ways.

no facts back this up though lol. They are called throughout the game. Any explanation as to why bama has been called for more penalties and yards 4 of the past 5 years against Lsu when most games have been close??

100%. I don't blame the refs for the Saints losing the NFC Championship game or LSU losing to A&M last year. Both teams had more than enough chances to win the game and didn't get it done.
