Unless both OU and the pac 12 eventual champion loses then Alabama will not sniff the playoffs.

Oregon could lose to ASU on the road (the talent gap from top to bottom in the PAC is small) and Utah could lose to UCLA or Oregon in the title game.
OU or Baylor aren’t getting in (Baylor could win out and still not get in)
Minnesota won’t win out
If I had to bet on it, I’d take Bama to make the playoff at 11-1 (especially if Auburn beats Georgia and they get a win vs top 10 Auburn in Jordan Hare).

OU is done dude. The committee has no respect for the Big 12 sticking them at 10.
If Oregon or Utah slip up, then it gets interesting if say #6 Oregon beats #15 Utah instead of #7 Utah

Bama may not make the playoffs, but I wouldn't put it past Saban to absolutely kill the rest of the season, and then they get in on virtue of having been so many years in a row.

Zero chance Baylor gets in over one loss Bama, PSU, Oregon, Utah or Georgia or an undefeated Minnesota.

An undefeated Baylor team or a one loss Oklahoma team should absolutely get in over Bama. If not the system is broken.

This is pointless because Baylor will not win out but if they did that would mean beating Texas, K state and OU twice.... they would jump all of them.
