over that period. They have had 56 AA and Stanford 45 over that five year period. Never knew that since they have not publicized it to my knowledge. That is for all athletes I assume but you can be sure that is a direct result of Saban.

Is this thread comparing academics at Bama to academics at Stanford? Is that really what's going on here?

But at Stanford their athletes actually have to go to class.

They also have the nations best performance enhancing drug program. The success they've had with it should be respected.

If the incentive was a brand new charger, I would be busting my butt in school too.

Would love to see what their majors were compared to Stanfords

It shouldn’t surprise anyone that Bama has the most athletes who have all of their course work completed by tutors.

Thread is unnecessarily

Probably more of an indicator that there’s a massive amount of grade fabrication, academic leniency for athletes, and tutors who do all of their coursework. I highly doubt that guys like Cam Robinson are absolutely killing it in the classroom between drug deals

Alabama is also in a close race with FSU for most arrests by team as well. Right?
