I go back and forth between 7/10 and about 4/10. I don't think either team's fans are particularly confident or interested in shite talk this year, which is really weird.

I'm always 5-6/10 for the iron bowl. Crazy shite seems to happen. And Mac making this start in JHS is not confidence building!

Wanted to add: back in 2008-2010 there's no way I could have ever imagined this little excitement around the iron bowl. My how the times have changed. A spoiled fanbase (bama), injuries (bama), and AU fans' general discontentment with Gus have really sucked the air out of this year's game, and it's a shame.

I dream of Mac Jones having a McElroy-seque, hopping down the sideline in the SECCG performance, then I also see Brown harassing and pounding him all day. Could be a Brody Croyle 11-sack day, or he could feed Najee and those WRs and pull it out. Big stage for that young man in his 3rd start. To me the game comes down to him and that AU D and if our O line can help him. We’ll see.

With Tua/Pre-Injuries: 90%
With Mac/Post-Injuries: 50%

From talking to a lot of Auburn fans, most I know would be fine with a loss if it meant we could move on from Gus Malzahn.

During the moment will the stadium be deafening and cheering for Auburn? Yeah, because it's the biggest rivalry in CFB. But big picture, people are numb to the current state of Auburn football.

2011 Alabama could be headed to Auburn this week and I’d still be nervous

With the shape Alabama is in right now, I think Auburn’s strengths match up well with Alabama’s weaknesses.

For that reason, I’m not very confident.

Really have no idea what to expect out of either team

Not sure why Bama fans have any confidence. Their defense is worse, not better, and Mac Jones is about to piss all over the field more than Elijah Moore.

Auburn fans hold their breath every time their offense goes on the field, regardless of opposing defense.

Alabama fans are holding their breath with a backup QB vs the best defense in the SEC.

I'm guessing both sets are 5/10.

Auburn runs up Alabama's arse tomorrow and that frickin' bo nix has a career day at home. Gustavo finds a way in the 4th quarter to overcome a double digit deficit.

32-28 auburn.

Yes, auburn puts 32 points on this inexperienced, paper thin, lost and utterly clueless alabama defense.
