LSU hired someone hoping to duplicate the success of Joe Brady, with an impending Fall camp QB battle with winner being on a short leash. You're not nervous about it?

The same could be said for Alabama.

LSU fans lol

Bama hires former NFL HC as OC and they are asking Bama if they are nervous

LSU hires two NFL POSITION coaches as their OC and DC and they think they are back.

Is the delusion strong with LSU fans or what? Is it too many Corndogs, squirrels, gators, rabbit or the other stuff yall eat down there that does it?

are LSU fans nervous about a guy who most of us never even heard of and who has never called a play in his life?

not only that guy, but the LSU staff is loaded with unproven coaches

LSU's guys are unproven so who knows what happens with them.

Having a former NFL HC isn't necessarily the best thing, they're former NFL HC's for a reason but I think BoB will be fine.

Won't matter, they will lose to UGA this year in the SECG. Next year they can get us back in the 12 team playoff.

The greatest college football coach in this century is an ex NFL head coach. How's that working out for BAMA?

Yeah he sucked as an NFL coach. No one is denying he is the greatest college coach of all time.

People in the football world have been very impressed with the BOB hire. He will be very very good. Offense should be very good this year and back to elite next year as all these young dudes get experience.

Lets see...

Nick took over a team that was 4-12 in 2003 and finished 9-7 in year 1 (2nd place to NE)

Year 2 was a step backward at 6-10

Year 3 was his best year since he left for Bama.

We know the rest of the story don't we Skippy?

2003v? Do you mean 2004? Considering his first year was 2005. Get ya facts straight. He chose Daunte Culpepper over Drew Brees goes to show you how good of an NFL coach he was.

Brian Daboll spent like two years as a GA in college then 15 years in the NFL then was Bama's OC and won a natty.
