The Million Dollar Band director specifically took out Tusk from their pregame against USC because he didn't want to be antagonistic because it's like USC's thing and there was already talk before the game.
But then again, they play Rammer Jammer which is the most antagonistic cheer out there.

Rammer Jammer was better when it was strictly pregame (we're gonna beat...) Maybe rarely post game in special situations. Funny is the attempts to ban it and the compromises made are why it ended up strictly post game
