You're right we do suck, especially against UGA. Even still I, and everyone else, wouldn't trade 100 regular season wins for winning a national title.
To go back even further, 40 years to be exact.

AU- 1 (could easily claim more)
UGA- 0

If you ask these same people why they like college over NFL they’ll say it’s because every game matters more and the rivalries matter.

I am certainly not discounting the games and every Auburn fan is disgusted by our record vs. UGA the last 15 years.
That said championships ultimately are what matters and AU has more of natty's, SEC's, perfect seasons while UGA has a 4 game series lead.
Like I said every UGA fan would switch places with Auburn over the last 40 years in a second.
