You've never been to Atlanta, but thousands of Auburn grads flock here every year.

Seems like perfect timing for this.

I agree. We have fallen behind the facility race in a big way. This is way overdue.

Should have kept Gus and spend that bought on the new complex would be a lot better than give Gus the money from the buyout and hired another HC that isn't going to make much if any improvement over Gus and have some of that money for the new football complex. What I am seeing Auburn have wasted a lot of money and made bad decision one after another.

Been to Columbia when Aubie played there. Thought I was still in 1960. Worst facilities in the SEC. thank you for your interest!

I’ll say it. I’ve only spend a handful of nights in the state of Alabama and travelled through it maybe a dozen times but I’ve always thought it seemed like a decent state. It’s way way nicer than the entire delta area. I know that’s a really low bar but that’s the other big region in the Deep South. Mississippi, Louisiana and a good chunk of Arkansas are all a lot worse. I will say that Tuscaloosa is underwhelming outside of their unbelievable stadium.

So you have no idea what kind of an incompetent moron Gus Malzahn is.

Dude did not recruit a HS OT for 4 years. Had two season where he did not recruit a single DT.

It’s going fine. Better than yours. I know that's a pretty low bar, but positive considering where Gus had us going. Thanks for your concern though.

Thank God Coach Harsin saved the shitshow of class retard Gus left us with. Took it from 66 to 20.

Its not. It run by incompetent moron because morons make up the largest majority of citizens in this state. Why do you think we are dead last in educational rankings? We can't even say our state motto "Thank God for Mississippi" anymore because they have passed us.

Worked at Charlie Brown Airport right out of College and lived South of Roswell off Hwy 400. And the did a tour at Ft McPherson before it closed. N Atlanta was tolerable, but the rest sucked. And that was over 10 years ago.

We're like most southern states. Two of our biggest cities (Montgomery and Birmingham) are largely shaitholes, but once you get outside them it's a very nice place full of good, honest, hardworking people.

Doesn't stop many of your grads from flocking here or all the fortune 500 companies from locating HQ's here.

Why do people keep moving to metro Atlanta?

BTW,do you live in Birmingham?

Better save that cash for the next $20 million contract buyout in 3 years.

Why 3 do you think we will need that in 3 years?

Oh, and Jimmy Sexton isn't his agent, so I doubt you'd see an asinine contract like Malzahn's anyway.

You go where the jobs are, but that is shifting as of late. Atlanta has had a lot of white collar jobs due to some of the tax breaks GA gives Corporations, but people are now going to see a lot of that moved remotely. I have a nephew who lives in the Buckhead area, and he says crime has seeped into that area to the point people want out.

Live outside of Birmingham, but the inner city is building up on the South side.
