I'll be shocked if Jimbo takes the Au job.
His son Ethan has a rare illness called Fanconi anemia
Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Fla. is one of the only places that can treat it in the world. I got to know Jimbo while he was at Sanford. He is a first class guy and Auburn would be lucky to get him.

Uncle Rico is already there, provide some recruit continuity except Dye mad at him for ejecting Bolt.

It's called money, my friend.
Auburn has very little going for it right now.

Jimbo isn't coming to AU. And I personally don't really care. I think he is underachieving at FSU and if he keeps it up, he won't be there for too long. FSU fans aren't really thrilled with him.
Strong has potential but is a big risk. He is not really proven. Turner Gill had one big year as well.
Malzahn is pretty laughable. No way in hell. 1 year of headcoaching experience at a tiny school and less than 10 years total college experience.
Patterson is not doing so hot now that he is playing in a real conference. Still, he is a proven commodity.
Gruden is not going anywhere except MAYBE UT.
Smart has no HC experience and will not even be considered.
Petrino is by far the surest thing as far as the names that have been mentioned. He knows how to win and has done it consistently without a whole lot of talent. AU's retarded holier-than motherfricking thou attitude is going to be a problem though.
That is my take. Petrino is my pick though I do not know if it will happen. If it did and he was allowed to do as he wants, I think AU could immediately be turned around and win 9 games next year with a servicable qb, 10 with a good JUCO one or if Wallace turns out to be good. I personally think Petrino is that good.

all schools say this...not sure AU has anymore huge money donors then the next school. Phil Knight and T boone Pickens say hello..and one of your heavy donors may not have what he used to have

you live in Miami and know very little about morals and ethics, otherwise you would not be pulling for BP to be your head coach

True, despite what the Aubs believe - which is that Aub is a top tier school.
Lol

Because I live in Miami?
Ok den. I will admit I probably have a hell of a lot more fun in Miami than you do in Alabama.
But you keep that holier than thou attitude.

Auburn is, historically, a top 15 program. Pretty damn good.

facts are you want BP...has nothing to do with me being holier then thou..has to do with the Bible Belt and all that he did which is a lot more then adultery..if you don't see that then I can't help you
Posted on 10/28/12 at 6:12 pm to TTsTowel
top 15 in wins along with UT, but if both fire chiz and derrick then they will be hard to get a quality guy with the other schools that will be looking
Posted on 10/28/12 at 6:13 pm to mrbroker
Do you support Nick Saban?
Because he is just as big a POS as BP. Probably worse. And yeah, he practiced adultery too.
Course you probably ignore all that.
fricking hypocrite. You enjoy being ignorant in the Bible Belt and I'll enjoy the beaches and beautiful women and scenery in Miami.

Yeah, I can provide a link. Sure. Could you have provided one about Petrino cheating if he hadn't had that wreck? And whatever other nonsense you are babbling about Petrino, yeah, I could find similar examples on Saban. Quiting on teams? Check and double check.
How stupid are you?
And like I figured you are a hypocrite that probably thinks saban is awesome and of high moral character.
