2022 and 2023.

How's it looking for Auburn the next two year's?

Seems Auburn lost some talent this year, but not completely barren for next year. 6-7 to 4-8 or 5-7.

2023 looks like a 2012 type season. Looking like a severe lack of talent for that team.

I will be brutally honest. Still support this man but red flags are up. There is a HS 28 miles from Auburn that every big boy SEC team, Dabo, and just this past week Mac and Chiz visited. Not a single Auburn coach has visited.
D7 schools in Atlanta are being invaded by schools from across the country. One in particular has about 4/5 - 5 stars including a oustanding receiver. That HC has over 80 coaches in since the first of the year. Not one from Auburn.
As a 40 year donor at GAF-10 level, damn right I am concerned and don’t mind admitting it.

They’re a basketball school now. 5-7 looks like the upside.

This is a “my school sucks in everything but football” cope. It’s ok for alums and fans to be interested in more than one sport.

Problem is they’re a lock to be gone in the second round of the tournament, so they’re really not a basketball school either.

I’m getting the feeling CBH may be in over his head.

To hear that not one single AU coach has recruited talent rich areas should be concerning. Rumors that Derrick Mason may be looking to leave, even more concerning.

I would have a decent conversation with you but the children don’t allow it.

Mason is about to be out. Auburn just hired the LB coach from Florida. Fully expect them to move the current LB coach, Schmedding to DC. He is the former Boise DC.

Some rumors say he is the one that called the iron bowl and also the bowl game.

It’ll be interesting to see what AU does this coming season.

Same for me Tastey, but this place is a shite hole and hasn’t had decent football conversations since 2010.

It’s a shame too, because this was a top shelf board at one point.

Probably replacing LSU as the last place team next year.

Looks like a 4 year rebuild with Harsin if he lasts that long

So after calling defense all year Mason just stepped aside and let Schmedling take the reigns in the IB? That’s hard to believe, although your defense played their best defensive game all season in that game.

It appears CBH is going to do things his way with his men. Makes you wonder why he even hired Bobo and Mason and didn’t bring his men to begin with?

Auburn still needs help on the OL and there is a guy with 3 seasons of SEC starts under his belt that Mason could help bring to the Barn (Tyler Steen).

It wouldn't surprise me is JJ Pegues is transformed into a beast on the DL for Ole Miss next year. I don't see how Mason didn't take full advantage of that kid's athleticism last year.

Seemed pretty obvious that those two were forced on Harsin because of their recruiting ties to the area.

IIRC, Harsin's DC at BSU took over the HC job there after Harsin went to Auburn.
