Is all commentators this fricking annoying talking about Cooper?

I swear to Gawd they ignore the rest of the team and have repeated themselves 50x and we are 4 minutes in.

Well, they’re a completely different team with him on the court. I don’t know that I’ve seen anything like it in quite some time.

Yeah, they've been pretty blatant in anointing him to stardom. He is really good though...

I’m not questioning how good he is but they literally just talk about the mofo 75% of the broadcast.

It’s not new stuff either. We get it. This Auburn team is different with him lol

Cooper is good borderline great but the announcers are annoying. I wish ESPN would just set up 2 feeds with the hometown calls on them.

I wonder if this is how Oklahoma felt when they had Trae Young.

I remember the Oklahoma/Alabama game I almost felt bad for the rest of their very good team because it was truly like they didn't exist.

This.

If he would’ve been okay to play to start the year, this Auburn team might have 3 or less losses.

I think I posted it but per Torvik Auburn was #80 or something up until the Alabama game and has been #17 since then.

They literally went from a 16-15 NIT type team to a 21-10, #5 seed type team. And that's without the kid from Kentucky playing.

Wild.

Yeah, it's been fun to watch the turnaround. It's a little bitter sweet though because we know there's no post season and we're not sure who all will come back next year.

Sucks that we won’t be able to compete in the tournament this year. Sucks even worse knowing we would’ve made it last year...

Yea that's a tough pill to swallow, because both of these teams have the ability to make a run.

However, that club next year (Cooper or not) is gonna be a load.

The problem is lazy announcers that don't follow Auburn and didn't do their homework. They only know of Cooper which is a disservice to the other players.

Take out the opposition component and just enjoy him. He's an easy guy to root for. But yes, they do slob his knob.

Especially since we don't know why the NCAA didn't grant him eligible until 12 games in.
