I had my favorite LSU cap on and purple polo the whole day. Sat right behind LSUs bench Never a disparaging word was heard. (Despite all the bs real Auburn fans were always worried about this game.) People could not have been nicer. There were not a ton of LSU fans there to begin with, but I didn’t see any fights, yelling matches, etc. (Maybe it was just too damn hot.) Even saw fans from both schools buying as much water as they could carry and handing it out to people sitting around them regardless of school they were pulling for. Guy at hotel said it was hottest day of the year. I was even offered free corn dogs, (a lot)

Anyway, thanks for being good host.

We had a 50/50 tailgate, all seemed to have a good time
Glad you had a good trip and congrats on the win.

Auburn is the smart school in Alabama, and big stem school. Seemed like everyone I meet meeting was a engineer, doctor, etc. People were bummed out to lose but were not going to let it ruin their trip, or their lives. ( just like most of LSU fans since we assumed we were probably going to lose anyway)

We are united in our hatred of Bama anyway. Good luck rest of the way!

My past two trips to Auburn were 2010 and 2006.

I fricking hate that city.

I think we’ve got a mutual bond over being beyond frustrated at the lack of mental capacity of our respective head coaches. Cheers ??

Why didn't you tell the rest of us when they were handing them out?

All of my trips to AL for both schools I've only encountered good people.

Not so for every SEC school
