I know nothing about this guy but apparently he would be a good hire is what I've heard. So tell me about this guy. Good recruiter? Good coach? Potential to move upwards?

Obviously we'll be tempering expectations this season after missing out on Smith, but life goes on. Time heals all wounds

Great recruiter, average WRs Coach. Relates to the players. Better suited as QB coach.

Elite recruiter. Subpar WR coach. If anything our WRs regressed this year. Still not sure why he was brought in as WR coach and not QB coach.

Any group of WRs would regress with Jeremy Johnson throwing to them.

the OP specifically asked Auburn fans a question. are you an Auburn fan?

of course not, you are not the caliber of an Auburn fan. you are merely an ar-kansas fan.

you should shut the frick up and read what your betters are posting in response to a thread asking them to respond.

Our WRs are the reason we lost to Arkansas. The guy can bring in talent and would make a solid QB coach.

Great recruiter but not so much as a WR coach. Simply based on the coaches that have left this season under Gus and the downgrades we have replaced them with, if DC leaves and we keep Lashlee, Gus might as well start packing his bags.

Watch the Arkansas game, the WRs pretty much solely cost them the game with the amount of drops. White was throwing some really nice balls that game. Not saying you can blame that all on the coach but they didn't look good this year.

Great recruiter, marginal WR coach. I personally think he would do better as a QB coach.

Overall a bad arse dude

Honestly I don't know who he is, but I guess something happened with him/LSU's homerun hire that has Arkansas fans incredibly rustled.

Never developed Sammy Coates, which almost cost him an NFL career. Part of JJs problems this year was because WRs could not get separation. Something that involves route running and technique. He would have made a much better QB coach.

Rustled because a coach we love decided to stay?
