Unexpectedly
i had a teammate at bama who did his 2 years of mandatory Israeli service during the peak suicide bombing years of the early-mid 90s. Things are incredibly improved since that era.

This is the one thing that has kept me from visiting Israel. You just never know when shite will start popping off over there, and it’s such a small state, chances are you’d be affected somehow.
