Big 12 68-61 = 52.7%
SEC 21-19 = 52.5%
SEC 21-19 = 52.5%

Damn. Looking at the Big 12 record; maybe they should have stayed.
But it’s not much better.
Our Big 12 record was worse as a percentage.
So much for the mighty SEC.

Discuss.
A&M is 1-5. LSU is 0-6. Discussion? they both suck against Alabama

At least ours have been competitive lately. Ex. Leading in the 3rd Q in 2016. Close game at home last year.
LSU Bama games are over before they start

Which kind of says the Big 12 is = to the SEC.

congrats on the moral victory. You lost by 20 in 2016, by 18 in 2015, and by 59 in 2014 ( )

I’ve never seen anyone call Texas A&M aTm until this site. I don’t mind it, but It’s strange.
It's like that deal with monogrammed linens and shirts. You have to look at it and rearrange the letters to figure out the actual initials as they would be when the name is written out. That always annoyed me growing up.

They weren't officially an SEC school until July 1, 2012 - so the Cotton Bowl in Jan 2011 doesn't apply to your random musings

I said all along the big twelve is underrated. Even with ten teams. But i still think the sec is better across the board in all sports except men and women's basketball

Still doesn't change the fact they lost to Lsu 7 years.

moral victory
Says the guy whose team has won the same number of conference championships and national titles as A&M since their joining the league.
Congrats on that 7-0 record to go along with sustained mediocrity

the most embarrassing part.
That's a comment double-edged sword right dur.

The B12's problem in football is that their recent phenomenons -- i.e. teams other than UT or OU -- tend to rise because of coaches that take the small-school approach to evening the odds in games. In the long run, that's not a sustainable model for a power conference. Herman going to Texas is just going to exacerbate this.

Imagine if yall would have gotten Louisville over TCU.
Or if Okie Lite would have won a national title in 2011.

beating A&M 7 straight times isn't a moral victory. It's an accounting of actual wins. Conversely, saying, "well one time we had a second half lead against Alabama" is the definition of a moral victory because it is not an actual win. But since you brought it up, LSU has more overall and conference wins than A&M since they joined the conference. Only 3 schools have won the SEC in that time, so not sure how else you'd like to compare the other 11 schools in the conference unless you're willing to say Tennessee has been a comparable program because they, also, have the same number of championships. HTH
