T A&M is getting better and it is easy to see. They need some stability at QB. Take this Mond kid, coach him up, and let him start the next 3 to 4 years. They will be good.

Firing Sumlin would be a mistake, IMO.

I'd take keeping a slightly above average QB for 3-4 years than chasing the new flashy 5* QB every year. Sumlin needs to stop with the QB competitions every year.

Perhaps if an Ag had posted this thread your charge would have merit?

Except that with Nick now coming back in a few weeks, that's exactly what we will have. I thought he was done for the year, but announcers said he might be back.

Just dropped by to say that I really enjoyed watching the atmosphere at Kyle. You guys never quit from your team on up to the guys in the nose bleed section.
Y'all represented your school and team admirably. Hats off!
Great game.

Getting better, yes. It does appear that we are getting closer to the formula for winning against SEC competition.

But Sumlin still has to produce more wins this year. So it's too early to call.

And by the way, the other "hot" coaches around the country don't look so much better.

Earliest he'll be back is the Miss. St. game.

Hey...give 'em credit, they deserve it. Don't forget they played Troy close in Baton Rouge last week.
