Well it’s not the 200 holds and 20 false starts a&m didn’t get called for.
It was on the interception, but not the actual interception they think ‘they didn’t stop us’ Spiller got held or something.

Legit question that is probably a dumb one.
Obviously, the SEC is made up of mostly public universities, but is the SEC itself considered a public entity? If not, the employees aren't public employees and conversations wouldn't even be FOIAble.

This is the play in question. It was the turning point of the game as A&M was down 17-10 at the time and driving. The interception gave Arkansas the ball around midfield and they got the FG to put the game to 2 scores. If they call targeting a defenseless player the interception is nullified and it is Aggie ball with a 15 yard penalty. It was a pretty clear target of a defenseless player. Spiller had turned his head around and the Arkie defender saw he was not catching the ball and launched up into his head/neck area and contacted the helmet first (though not with the crown). There was secondary discussion around the pic itself because it hit the ground but it was judged the Arkie player had control which is fine, that was the official reason for the review.
That said it's not why A&M lost. A&M lost because we didn't play well and to bitch about a play where your QB hits his Center in the helmet like a skiprock as a reason for losing is crap. I do think it deserves explanation though.
