Most of us (Ags) were frustrated too.
But I don’t think the concern was getting “boat raced.”

Defense is different nowadays in the SEC, but its not like it has disappeared.
Yards per game as the driver for best "total defense" has always been a weird stat, which is overly focused on.
SEC has 6 teams in top 30 of DFEI rankings and 10 of 14 in the top 50. Not as dominant as years past, but the game and rules are changing greatly toward the offenses favor.

It’s a bad optic at a minimum. I just wouldn’t be gloating about a defense that deserves an asterisk when it hasn’t played the best offense in the conference and its own division. If y’all are so upset about it getting cancelled, email Bjork and demand it be rescheduled.

It’s been mentioned multiple times that the game will very likely be played the 19th.
I can all but guarantee you no one affiliated with the team wanted to postpone the game.
I’d bet everything I own it was a legal decision..

Fremeau's statistics are what the pros go by, so there's that. Nobody else is playing an all SEC schedule and there's that!!
