The MSU summary was obviously written by one of the "delusional" fans from this board.

Dayum, Bert. Maybe I just haven't seen this because Arkansas has pretty good success against MS schools,
I honestly had no idea the program had fallen so far.

All pretty even. Probably letting the season shake out to see who comes out on top.

We’re in the worst 6 year stretch that we’ve been through in program history.

If Missouri wouldn’t have hired Dooley to run their O, one could argue they would be top 25.

Worse than 1991 - 1996 ?? Yall had 2 winning seasons in that stretch.

Moorhead is above a lot of proven coaches. Why does he get that? He might have a sweet roster at State, but it's the SEC. Most of the teams that they face will have just as much talent, if not lots more
I think with your schedule
quote:
Stephen F. Austin W
at Kansas State Toss Up
Louisiana-Lafayette W
at Kentucky W
Florida Toss up
Auburn L
at LSU L
Texas A&M L
Louisiana Tech W
at Alabama L
Arkansas W
at Ole Miss W
I only see 6 guaranteed wins. Far stretch from 10. Even further from SEC Championship and CFP.
Hopefully I get a better response than downvotes and Arkansas sucks.

I disagree. If you just look at the two deep rosters, only Alabama and maybe Auburn are more talented than MSU this season. State matches up very well with LSU, TAMU and UF, and is more talented than every other team on their schedule.
Doesn't make any game a sure win or a sure loss, but it makes 9-3 likely, and 10-2 very possible.

It's not really a ranking of teams if it just predicts where the teams will finish.
But go off, Athlon.

I feel your pain, but call us when you've lived through Tech & 10 or Sly Croom.

It's not where you start it's where you finish that counts!

Pretty good. I would swap number 1 and 3,though.
