Saw LSU-Texas baseball game. That was cool. A SRO sellout.

there's really not much to do in Louisiana but drink and ear crawfish and tell people how good our good our food is.

It is a shame, but there is very little vision, ability or even desire to do anything about it. It is the reason so many of us leave the state never to return.

I've left it twice, on purpose. Incompetence combined with basically no natural appeal (mud is not a landscape), I'm done for life (again). But hey, you can find good food.

Every place has good things and bad. Pensacola has a lot of great things, but believe me has some awful things as well. I love when people on here post negative things when shite happens everywhere. Look at Parkland, FL. That is a community that most on here would consider great and such. People need to get out of THEIR glass houses!!
