I’m thinking Patton Oswalt as Tommy Bowden and Vincent D’Onofrio as Auburn trustee/lumber magnate/Yella Fella Jimmy Rane. The question is who has a personality electrifying enough to play Newton circa 2010? Michael B. Jordan showed in the Creed movies and in Black Panther that he can work his way to the physique, but at 35 he’s quite a bit too old unless we want to deal with a lot of 90210/Steve Sanders jokes.

Every ridiculous theory and innuendo was treated as fact. Some posters wasted their time creating detailed flow charts and diagrams to track Auburn cheating.
Auburn fans sat back and laughed, while every other fanbase took it super serious and believed AU would receive the death penalty.

I was a lurker back then but it did introduce me to this site.

Auburn’s 2010 National Championship is the only Championship certified as legit by the NCAA.
I was mad at this site as it allowed every crazy rumor to be posted (as it should, I’m a free speech guy. If you don’t like it don’t read it!!) but deleted threads by Auburn fans after the NCAA announced they found no wrong doing.
