The un-informed on this board never ceases to amaze me.

The SEC Rant eats up stories like this, but even this board won’t believe a coach turned down LSU to stay in Starkville, MS.

I realize that you need to say stuff like this to make you feel better after discovering that your football program is such a dumpster fire that you got turned down by MSU's DC.

None of that changes the fact that LSU got turned down by MSU's DC. If your football program wasn't so poor, maybe they could've afforded the buyout.

Arnett’s buyout doesn’t go into effect until 2/1

You about to lose him. You better worry about who you can hire to go to that dump

Tough to turn down a job you were never offered, so there's that...

Yeah, I read that tweet from the dude from Notre Dame too. It's not true, but he tweeted it with conviction.

LSU sent their jet to Starkville, flew him and his wife back to LSU and wined and dined them all day. Mods on your 247 site said it was pretty much a done deal and lawyers were working out final details.

Clearly LSU didn't want him, right?

And made the right choice for his family. But you can't talk seriously to this place. This place is so fricked up with bullshite and trolls.... saban could hire Les Miles for the OC position or an "on the field" clock manager and this place would try to convince you that it was a slam dunk hire.

Don't you realize they had lawyers working on that all day before he even interviewed? Also what kindof piece of shite employer doesn't wine and dine a potential multi million dollar employee prior to interview/employment? It's been posted by our own insiders and reporters that Orgeron wasn't blown away by his interview so he didn't offer him on the spot. This is a your application is on my desk if you don't find a better fit. If you are going to quote our insider board quote it right, bottom feeder.
