It is a reward of great work with the responsibility of more work. The head strength coach assigns invites to people that have been 'beastly' in four areas, the field, the classroom, the weightroom and in the community...its a 60 minute workout that is next level, privately instructed and intense and only 4 members of the team have earned it. He did say 3 more have earned upcoming invitations.

This is the first I've heard about this as well. Seems like a pretty cool motivator. The only thing I would ask is why wouldn't he want to put the entire team through these extra workouts if they will help?
