Arkansas vs. UCLA

for the Crystal Basketball! Party like it’s 1994 and 1995! Hogs returning to prominence in basketball would be a great thing. It’s the closest OU will get to a basketball title based on distance. Oh to be on Dickson Street once the Hogs clinch a National Semifinal berth!

If Arkansas somehow pulls it off tonight, Dickson Street will be fun.
It's a beautiful day and the city has set up big outdoor screens in a few locations for the game. You an also carry bar drinks into the streets now.

I feel like people are really sleeping on the hogs. Arkansas is not only deep but they have that want to to play suffocating defense which has been a staple under Mussleman.
A big reason why my Tigers are not dancing anymore is we couldn’t defend anyone consistently for 40 min, we only had 6 players in our rotation and we had no true PG or Big.
Arkansas checks all these boxes and imo could give Baylor a tough time. Obviously Baylor is the favorite but don’t be surprised if Arky punches their ticket to the final 4.

We really haven’t played a great game in the tournament yet. Had a few good halves but if we can play a complete game tonight we can win. Have to shoot much better.

This right here is why Baylor should be scared. I also agree y’all haven’t played a complete game in the tourney yet here you are one win away from the final 4.
Obviously luck is involved in any deep run but the best teams typically find a way to win even on their not so best nights and y’all have done exactly that.
One thing that has really impressed me is in crunch time these past couple of games, it seems as though Mussleman he pulled all the right strings and made all the right play calls.

We have yet to do well on offense in this tournament. Slow starts are a killer and if we do the same against Baylor and if they come out hot then game over. Defense has brought us this far but we need to put up the points if we are going to pull off the upset.
