Oh FFS. Why, after weeks of not a cloud in the sky weather, did we get this right now?

Incredibly frustrating. These college teams play in Frbruary in drizzle and 30 degree weather. Come June, we can't start a game due to 10:00 PM radar?

My thoughts exactly. It's not like during the regular season we've never had rain delay and didn't finish until midnight.

I'm not that upset. If we only got half a game in tonight, we would have to burn another pitcher to start again tomorrow morning.

storms to the south, but it's just pop up showers, not really moving off towards Omaha. The only rain on the FutureCast in Omaha isn't umtil approx. 11:30 tonight, and that might not even happen.

I feel like this is Florida's fault for some reason.

And Dawg's 52 minute top half inning

The NCAA's decisions have been so odd during this tournament. During a regional for a good while Florida was in a no rain rain delay for the threat of thunderstorms.
Yes, it stormed, but I swear it was at least 2 hours before it became a threat. You could have been well in and then delayed until it stopped. It's actually more dangerous for the kids' muscles to cool off in football (outside the pitcher for a long period of time) then baseball and football doesn't have these strange delays and postponements.

So...
If someone wanted to hop in the car and drive to Omaha, what would the best way be to get tickets?

Unbelievable. I live just a couple hrs south of Omaha in KC. We've had good weather for quite a while now until this afternoon when a storm blew in. Rained pretty good but it's already clear skies now. According to that radar pic though, looks like more is on the way for Omaha and here. Nonetheless, this is pretty silly all these delays and postponements.
