I always wondered why LSU let Henry get away. He must have had 10-15 NCAA Track championships when that happened.

Clearly he preferred scenic College Station to Baton Rouge.
You'll probably get a more reasonable answer from LSU fans. I'm clueless, but I think it had something to do with facilities.

Stealing? How clueless are people on this board? Seriously.
Guy could have won 100 titles in a row and the sport would continue to lose money. Period. How a coach thinks he's in a position to demand a higher salary and facility upgrades all things considered is beyond me.
Fact of the matter is that Henry is a very good coach that wanted more and LSU basically said no. It was a good call.
Good move by LSU, poor financial decision by aTm.

I don't get ESPN3 and for all I know it is (really) over. But with 1 event left at LINK the Ark. men have a ridiculous and insurmountable lead. Congrats.

aTm took your coach, no way of down playing it.
TCU took your basketball coach.
The dolphins took the last football coach anyone else wanted, then Bama took him from the Dolphins.
The top coaches see LSU as a stepping stone school.

Didn't LSU's women win the national championship last year?
They had to give back the title. Inelligible player maybe? Can't remember.
