So we interviewed him and went with Carter. Bowman could better but we hired the guy we wanted. Maybe Arkansas didn’t put up much of a fight but to keep him knowing they wanted Bowman but this narrative being pushed Carter was being pushed out is bogus. More revisionist history by Rebearsharks to save face. They probably had a memorandum of understanding with Bowman but had to settle for Carter when Pittman offered Bowman.
