So according to you and tOSU, the SEC has a "lack of integrity" but tOSU and other B1G do not? Correct? I believe you guys were the ones banned from post-season play....not us,

No I didn't say that. It was Gordo's opinion and for some reason he felt the need to tell the world that Urban shared the same thoughts. Even if Urban said that to him, it's something you don't repeat. Open mouth, insert foot...unfortunately a common exercise for Gee.

Urban has turned out to be about the most disingenuous coach around. I am sure he will say whatever is best for him to try and not look so bad, but for a guy who left his last coaching job on good terms, he sure has tarnished himself in regards to UF.

I'd have to think really hard to try to remember a time a university has been so butthurt over having their coach taken away from them. They really are seriously mad...and it's not getting any better.

Don't forget Delany the conference commish. They all have the same issue but it is no different than the alums that I have come across in this area. Dumbest smart people that I know.

I just met a guy from wisconsin like 10 minutes ago. Obviously I mentioned that the bielema situation and he claimed that "they all hated him and were glad he left". Do yall think that's actually true?

I do think a lot of people dislike Bielema because he comes off as smug and arrogant while also loving to "run it up" on the smaller schools. With that said, I would bet that most Wisconsin fans felt like this "He may be an a-hole, but as long as he is winning, he is our a-hole."

Possibly. They have an odd obsession with Alvarez and think he can do no wrong.

I think this is the difference in the Big 10 vs. SEC, their fans are more concerned with having nice guy coaches than winners. In the SEC you can be a huge fricking prick but as long as you win the fans are happy. I felt that way when we had Petrino and while I don't think Bielema is anywhere near that level the point is the same.

Agreed. I think Wisconsin fans would rather go 8-4 with a guy that wont rock the boat than win 10 games with a coach that isn't afraid to speak his mind. Its an odd bunch up there.

He seems like a young Spurrier if he had Twitter.

Personality wise, not comparing on the field achievements.

not sure how Bielema will do on the field but his personality is already fitting in to this strange league of coaches
