He doesn’t understand matchups or personnel at this level. When we were playing well you had Cam Hayes mostly backing up Hill at point with overall team production jumping anytime he was in the game. Instead of replacing Hill with Hayes he moved Hayes into the lineup and out of position and his production has plummeted because of it. It also took Wilkinson off the floor so he ruined 3 positions for Hill’s sake. Now he’s got Williams at point, who can’t play and we don’t use a real 3 because he refuses to play Ward so we stay with tiny lineups that can’t rebound. So Cams production is gone, he uses lineups with 3 or 4 non shooters so we can’t spread the floor or create space plus KJ and Millers defenders never have to detach from them. It looks like he has no idea what he’s doing and is completely overmatched.

had a decent non conf - beat a solid wake forest team and were robbed against a solid Kansas St team
Opened conf play with nice Ark win and had a chance late against UK
schedule hasn't done lsu any favors but it does ease up after this game
Why we always talk about basketball in January......
