Are you happy with your end-of-season rival?

Obviously I don’t mean “do you like them”, but more are you glad that that is your premier matchup?

Obviously MSU-Ole Miss, Ala-Barn, and LSU-AM are no brainers, but what about some of these other teams with less compelling matchups? Florida - FSU seems rather uninteresting, but maybe it’s not to Florida fans.

I like our rivalry with Aggy. I feel that it was a little forced at the beginning but now its alright.

GT doesn’t do much for me. Their fan base is much smaller and they’re never going to be able to compete consistently with us. It’s not the same vibe as UF-FSU and USCe-Clemson.

Always love the Egg Bowl. Both teams could be 0-11 and it would still be an exciting game.

When i was a kid the Florida-FSU game was a bad arse matchup i always watched. They both just havent been good at the same time in awhile. In the 90's and early 2000's that was a premier matchup. Like Texas and OU or USC and Notre dame lately. It will come back around hopefully.

Honestly, I still feel like it's forced, and I don't really get it. I sort of forget that's supposed to be your "rival," although I don't know who else naturally would be, given the singularity of LSU in the state.

I kinda hate playing GT. It’s nice to beat them, but I’m not as happy as when we beat Florida, Auburn, Tennessee or even South Carolina.

Losing to them is the worst by far though.

The happiness of beating them isn’t even close to how bad it is to lose to them.

I love the Egg Bowl. All college football fans do. It’s completely unpredictable, except for three things:

1) there is always a fight;
2) there is always a fumble recovered by an opposing team; and
3) there is always a missed field goal.

No, Arkansas is pathetic and noncompetitive.

Can’t imagine playing anyone else to end the season. Akron excluded

Even if we lose most of the time, we can’t beat them if we don’t play them.

Governor's Cup between UK and U of L is a good rivalry. The last two years we've beaten them like a drum but otherwise pretty even. I like it better since they got rid of that low-life, mud sucking, dog licking, spineless, brainless, bug eyed, sack of monkey sheet Petrino. Hallelujah! Where's the Tylenol.

Why? It may not be at the level of the 90's, but that's really more important for national, non-biased viewers. It's still an intense in-state rivalry.

We play a Big12 team as our last game, so not really sure how to answer the OP

Aggie is better that Arkansas. Arkansas is sneaky. Aggie just rolls over. So yeah, I'll take a year end perma-win.

Considering LSU is 8-1 in its last nine with the cow college in Texas, I like it just fine.

ETA: I'd like it better, though, if that cow college in Texas went back to the Big 12.

Yes. I hate Clemson, but I couldn't imagine finishing the season with anyone else. Even though they're beating our arse right now.

There’s nothing better than beating the snot out of the linebeards. Of course, there’s nothing worse than losing to them. Yeah, it’s a great rivalry that has done both programs good.

Absolutely. Don't care if they're beating the life out of us recently. It wouldn't be the same if we didn't play them every year.

No. Nobody in Arkansas gives a damn about Missouri. Liked playing LSU better.
