I’m looking for an accredited university to attend with somewhat decent football team to watch near College Station, TX. I know an SEC school is out since there aren’t any universities like that in town, but what about nearby? Maybe LSU in Baton Rouge, or Texas in Austin?

TCU is doing ok with the newly committed addition of highly touted RB Zach Evans.

Prairie View A&M is the premiere agricultural university in the state of Texas. Only a short drive from college station.

They have sports ...

And a band

And their school acronym is the same as Polyvinyl Alcohol, my favorite water-soluble synthetic polymer!

If this is the best you can do, you're probably better off joining the REAL Army.

You mean the same Zach Evans that LSU, Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Georgia (who he sent his letter of intent to), Florida, Ole Miss, USC, Clemson, Texas A&M, Florida State, texas university at Austin, Auburn, Arkansas and many others all said no to?

You couldn't even beat an average KEVIN SUMLIN-COACHED A&M team that blew three separate leads of 14+ points in the span of 10 minutes.

PVAMU has 1 undergrad agricultural degree compared to 30 at A&M. Troll less.

Whats worse is his only connection was being stationed at Lackland and became an ardent sip fan. The epitome of a t shirt.
