Many LSU fans have been ridiculous. In fairness, I would hate see what Alabama fans would do if our program dropped off, and Gene Stallings took over Texas A&M and led them to a couple of national titles.

That Cajun insanity is fun when you're drunk in the Quarter, but it leads to some pretty crazy internet threads.

Although Auburn fans are far worse in their evil-nature, LSU fans are more distraught, yes.... but, there is good reason for it. We share a common coach on our timelines. And he's not just any coach.

Auburn admin are more obsessed though. They went to cheating and paying someone off to let them keep their championship, and run their own program with puppet head coaches so they can do their best to compete with us.

LSU's football admin knows this is a marathon, and they know how to truly earn championships.

Just like.. my opinion. Man.

But goddamn, I have never seen Auburn fans act the way some (notice I say some) LSU fans have acted here over the past year.

Yes. Just by reading this board I can't disagree.

AU fans have just accepted Bama is the best and move on.

LSU fans should do the same. You want to be the best, you gotta beat the best.

And it seems like a lot of our fans hinge a whole season on beating Bama. What good is it to beat Bama if you lose to Florida? Or aTm? (I get we beat aTm, just making an observation) Just beat everybody and quit whining.

I won't be talking trash to Bama. Y'all beat us at home. Won a NC. Congrats. Objectively, there's no trash to talk unless some posters are just trolling.

Some fans seem like they'll never get over 1/9. It's rather sad and pathetic

I don't understand why it's SO wrong to see the target level of what you WISH your performance to be at, and go after it. If LSU's eye is on the target (playing as good as Bama) it works as a really good measuring stick to know where you're at in comparison.

I know it comes off as this or that.... but really, is it ALL that bad to do? Sure, it may rob you of enjoying the current level of success, but if championships is what LSU fans are after i think it makes sense to do.

Look at this from a different perspective.

If you we're an LSU fan, can you seriously say you wouldn't be butthurt? You would be lying. Look at everything that's happened between us recently... We have every reason to hate Bama.

I thought about killing myself, but then I said, wtf, none of these script A's even go to the Alabama games and I decided to smoke another cigar with the blue label Chivas I received for Christmas

Probably, except for the hate. Envy, maybe.
